Our Return Policy

Within a 14 day period beginning at your purchase date, our refund/return terms debit an industry-standard 15% restocking fee from your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  After the 14 day period, we do not accept returns however, on occasion, exchanges can be arranged. Custom modified products are excluded and are non-refundable.

Please add enough insurance to your return shipment. If the product(s) arrives in our office damaged due to improper packaging or shipper’s damages, you will have to obtain insurance from your shipper and naturally, a refund cannot be issued.

Rush Order Return Policy

Rush orders are those orders that impede or stop cold our day to day business, either for “on demand” preparation and/or “urgent” shipping to our customer. These orders by their nature are non-refundable due to the inherent costs associated with providing this type of service and effectively, closing our business for one request (respectfully, however important that request may be).  While we strive to accommodate and supply our products in the most timely manner possible, often times, the entire resources of our small business may be called upon and thus we’ve been forced to implement this zero tolerance, no refund policy for rush orders only.

Damaged Goods

Firstly, we would be very sorry to hear that our shipping company has damaged your product. Each case we build is important to us and seeing our customers get one of our products in this fashion is truly disappointing. We will make every effort to expedite a new product to you however it is best to discuss what has occurred with us directly. Please call us at 250-721-3444.
