How to Order
ClearAP® products can be ordered in several ways. Primarily, we accept orders via our web site at http://clearap.ca where we maintain an extensive online catalog that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other credit cards via secure payment. If credit card payment is not an option, we can accept payment via check, certified check and wire transfer. Payments can be made directly to The Upgrade Path Inc. (ClearAP® is our brand name only). If paying by check, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your order.
To obtain vendor information from The Upgrade Path Inc., please call us directly at 250 721 3444 to discuss your organization’s requirements. Once we determine how best to serve you, we’ll forward particulars via email while we talk on the telephone. We prefer this method of communication as often times email may be blocked by your organizational network or firewall. Therefore, we prefer that you verify over the telephone that the vendor information has been received.
For customers that have special requests of our products or would like to engage in a dialogue about a new project, feel free to send an email to email@example.com. During normal business hours, you should expect an email reply within 15 minutes. If we do not reply within 15 minutes, please call us directly at 250 721 3444 to have your questions answered or to set up special orders.
